Yes, you can impress your guests/spouse/self with a carefully, colorfully crafted gorg, easy cheese board in less than ten minutes.
I promise.
For someone like me, to whom entertaining is more of a struggle and does not really come second nature (my natural instincts when we have guests over is to open a bag of chips and place said bag on a table), an easy cheese board can be pretty and elegant with very minimal effort.
And it looks a lot better than an open bag of chips.
Plus, people like cheese. It’s a snack people get excited about.
And a cheese board can help you cater to a variety of people’s tastes all on one plate.
