watermelon frosé
Watermelon frose (frozen rose wine) is a refreshing summer cocktail that gets it's natural pink hue and sweetness from frozen watermelon cubes!

Ingredients
1
bottle rose wine
4
cups
frozen watermelon cubes
Juice of 4 limes
2
tablespoons
sugar
optional
Instructions
Cube watermelon and freeze about four cups of watermelon cubes.
Chill the wine in the refrigerator.
Once frozen, put about half the wine and half of the watermelon cubes into blender. Blend until smooth.
Evaluate consistency and add more frozen watermelon or wine and blend again.
Continuing slowly adding until you get desired consistency. Blend in lime juice and sugar if using.
Notes
You can make a non-alcoholic, spirit free or mocktail version by simply omitting the wine and adding a splash of sparkling water.
If you're looking for a sweeter cocktail, add the sugar or a few ounces of simple syrup.
