Ingredients
412-ounce cans or bottles ginger beer, chilled
4cups32 ounces lemonade, chilled
2cups16 ounces frozen raspberries
iceas needed
Instructions
In a large punch bowl or pitcher, mix the ginger beer and lemonade.
Just before serving, remove raspberries from freezer and add to punch.
As the punch sits out, you may need to add ice as needed, but the frozen raspberries will keep the punch cool to start.
Notes
While this is a non-alcoholic punch, it's very easy to make it a cocktail by adding champagne, prosecco, or liquor to the punch bowl. Just cut some of the ginger beer and add one half to one bottle of champagne or prosecco or one cup of vodka or liquor of choice directly to the punch before serving.
