Sparkling peach sangria is a classic example of a summer batch cocktail: add all of the ingredients to a pitcher and the flavor will develop over time. This summer refresher is pretty hands off!

Ingredients
1lemonsliced
1limesliced
1 to 2fresh peachespeeled sliced
1cupfresh raspberries
1cupfresh blackberries
1/4 to 1/2cuppeach schnapps1/2 cup will make your sangria stronger and sweeter
Add lemon, lime, peaches, raspberries and blackberries to a large pitcher. Muddle fruit at the bottom of the pitcher with a muddler or a large wooden spoon so they are soft and release some of their juices.
1 lemon, 1 lime, 1 to 2 fresh peaches, 1 cup fresh raspberries, 1 cup fresh blackberries
Add peach schnapps and muddle again.
1/4 to 1/2 cup peach schnapps
Add chilled wine and stir to combine.
1 bottle sparkling wine
Taste and adjust based on your personal preferences For more sweetness, add a little peach schnapps, some honey, or simple syrup. For more acidity, add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.

Serve cold over ice.

Notes
You can use a bottle of dry, crisp white wine, like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio instead of sparkling wine.
If you prefer your cocktails a little sweeter, add 1-2 teaspoons of simple syrup or honey to the pitcher when you add the fruit and muddle together.
To make the cocktail sparkling without sparkling wine, or to dilute it a little, serve it in a glass topped with sparkling water or club soda.
