Ingredients
2ripe avocadoshalved and pits removed
1ripe roma tomatodiced
1/2red oniondiced
1 to 2jalapeñosdiced, remove seeds and ribs for less heat
2 to 3clovesgarlicminced
1 to 2tablespoonslemon or lime juice
saltto taste
Instructions
Scoop the flesh of the avocados into a large bowl. Use a potato masher or fork to mash to your desired consistency.
2 ripe avocados
Add the tomato, onion, jalapeño, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of the lemon or lime juice. Stir to combine.
1 ripe roma tomato, 1/2 red onion, 1 to 2 jalapeños, 2 to 3 cloves garlic, 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
Taste and season with salt as desired. If you'd like, add the rest of the citrus juice.
