Once the peaches are frozen, add half of the wine and half of the peach slices into a blender. Blend until smooth.
1 bottle rosé wine
Slowly continue adding more peaches and wine, a bit at a time, until all of the fruit and wine has been added.
Add the lemon juice and honey. Blend to combine.
4 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons honey
If desired, add ice for a thicker consistency.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
You can make a non-alcoholic, spirit-free or mocktail version by simply omitting the wine and adding sparkling water.
For a sweeter cocktail, add more honey or simple syrup at the end.
If you have a high-powered blender, you may be able to add all of the peaches and wine right away, but be careful not to overload your blender's motor.
