Loaded Grilled Nachos
Loaded grilled nachos are a crowd-pleasing appetizer for tailgating, game-day parties, or watching the big game at home!

Ingredients
tortilla chips
8 to 10
ounces
shredded cheese
cheddar, pepper jack or Monterey jack
1
can
refried beans
16 ounces
Optional toppings
hot sauce
Salsa or pico de gallo
Guacamole
pickled jalapeños
chopped cilantro
sour cream
Instructions
In grill proof pan or cast iron skillet, lay out half of the tortilla chips in an even layer.
Sprinkle chips with half of the shredded cheese. Top cheese with half of the refried beans.
Repeat the layers, then cover the pan with foil.
Grill on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Top nachos with pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole, pickled jalapeños, sour cream and any other toppings you desire.
Notes
You can add the seasoned taco meat of your choice to the nachos, adding it on top of the beans.
