Featuring fresh peaches, vanilla ice cream and homemade salted caramel sauce, these grilled peach sundaes are a simple, summertime sweet treat.

Ingredients
2peacheshalved, pits removed
2tablespoonsoil or melted butter
4scoops vanilla ice cream
2-3tablespoonssalted caramel sauce
Instructions
Slice peaches in half and remove the pits.
Brush halved (pit side) of peaches with oil or butter.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
When grill is hot, place peaches face side down (the side the pit was removed from) onto grill surgace. Grill peaches for about three minutes until soft and grill marks appear, then remove.
While peaches are still warm (but not hot), place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the pitted part and top with salted caramel sauce.
Notes
You do not need to make homemade caramel sauce, store bough will work just fine!
