Instructions
Heat the grill. You''ll want to set your pizza up over direct heat.
Gather your ingredients and toppings and put on a baking sheet or large tray. Set up a table or bench near the grill so you have easy access to everything.
Gather your tools: tongs, large spatula and oven mit!
Stretch and roll dough into thin circle. Give it a few tosses for good measure.
Brush one side of the dough with olive oil. This is the side you'll lay down on the grill.
Take the lid off the grill and grill one side of the pizza. Lay the dough round on the grill with the olive-oil side down. Brush the top of the dough with a thin layer of olive oil, too. Let the dough cook for about 3 minutes, with the lid off.
Check the dough. Once you see grill marks it's time to flip!
Flip the dough with your tongs or spatula.
Top your pizza! You'll need to move quickly. Spread a thin layer of sauce, cheese, and then the ham and pineapple. .
Put the lid on and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Remember, every grill is different!
If the cheese is not quite melted but the crust is cooked, stick the pizza in the oven and broil for a few minutes.
Top with caramelized onions, fresh arguala, and red pepper flakes.
