1 8ouncecontainer mozzarella ballsquartered or shredded (you could also buy an 8 ounce ball of mozzarella and do the same)
10slicesprosciuttoshredded
½cupbasil leavestorn
Olive oil
White balsamic vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Use a melon baller to scoop balls from the cantaloupe halves and add to a large bowl. Add the mozzarella balls and the torn prosciutto. Sprinkle with the basil.
Drizzle olive oil and white balsamic over salad and toss to taste. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
