Ingredients
8-12ouncescream cheese of your choice
1/4cupcapers
2Roma tomatoessliced
1cucumbersliced
1/2red onionthinly sliced
8-12ouncessmoked salmon or lox
fresh dillfor garnish
lemon wedgesfor garnish
4-6bagelssliced (at least one bagel per person)
Instructions
Place cream cheese and capers in individual bows. Arrange bowls on a serving platter or board.
Fan sliced tomatoes, cucumber and sliced onion around the board.
Fill in blank spaces on the board with smoked salmon or lox.
Garnish with dill and lemon wedges.
Serve with bagels! (You can place bagels on the board if there is room or serve them on the side).
